At Kleensoaps we are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch via the contact form. We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 30 days of receipt of purchase. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause.  

Terms & Conditions

LOST PACKAGES:

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order, and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES:

Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If the purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.

DAMAGES:

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@kleensoaps.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged products are required.
