Seeing beauty through a new lens
When founder Jutta Klee moved to London from Germany, aged 21, to pursue a career in beauty photography, little did she know that years later she’d be looking at the beauty industry through a very different lens. What started as a seemingly simple search for a natural, sustainable, soap on a rope, quickly spiralled into a deep dive into the harsh reality of the ingredients hidden inside the products we use, the pile up of plastic in our bathrooms and an unstoppable pull to do something about it.
It was time to hang up her camera, roll up her sleeves and break the mould.
Crafted at nature’s pace
Everything we do here is the antithesis of the relentless rush of daily life. We’ve slowed down the whole process. Because luxury takes time. Our rich recipes are thoughtfully developed with intention, combining natural, mostly edible ingredients that are cold-processed to perfection. Our responsible production leaves no space for palm oil, parabens, synthetic colour or fragrances. Instead, each bar is packed with the power of essential oils, botanicals and natural butters that gently cleanse and deeply nourish your skin. Even the preservative we use - natural Vitamin E - is a superfood for skin, meaning you get all of the goodness with none of the guilt.

Our techniques may be ancient, but our approach is cutting-edge. What we’re creating here is positive luxury. Style with substance. Substance with sensibility. We’ve taken the simplicity of soap and crafted self-indulgent moments, thoughtful gifts that spread joy and a reminder that the choices we make can create a ripple of good. All of our packaging is recyclable, our labels are created from recycled coffee cups and our rope is simple, natural, recycled cotton. And that’s just the start.
We’re on a mission to clean up the industry, so we’re constantly looking out for hidden plastics within the supply chain and work solely with like-minded, forward-thinking companies who are as steadfast on pushing out plastic as we are. As you are.
